The dough is made with 00’ Molino Caputo flour all the way from Naples, and our sauce is made with the finest plum tomatoes from Southern Italy. Our meats and cheeses are sourced from artisan suppliers across Italy and Spain, with thanks to our friends at The Chefs Deli.
