Best night ever?

Have you got any hilarious experiences involving a night on the town? Well... Most people have but can you articulate it into a coherent story? Write to us and we'll post the funniest story on our blog each week.

As you may have noticed, we're not very good at keeping up with these blog posts .

Well, I'll tell you why, because we're too busy enjoying the beautiful beer gardens Oxford has to offer. Unless you've been hiding under a rock recently, you might have noticed the recent warmer weather. Granted not everyday is as good as today, (Thursday May 12th), or as good as the weekend just gone but nevertheless, summer is peeping its gorgeous face in letting you know it's here.

So we thought it would be a good time to discuss some of the city's best pub beer gardens over the next few weeks to get you ready.

We'll cover our favourite areas of the city which will include the city centre and the immediate surrounding boroughs. Do we call them boroughs? I'm not even sure, but I'm talking about Headington, Cowley, Summertown etc.

At least this way when the sun is out you don't have to stand there in the shower, or lay in your bed, or sit there at work pondering on where to go for a pint in the sun. We'll cover the atmosphere, the price of beer, the location, the seating area and the general look of the place. You'll feel like you've already been there... well, in your imagination... RECALL~ RECALL~ RECALL... (*geek joke alert*)

Anyway, stop reading this post and go out there for a pint, or a glass, or a shot... If you end up in PT then remember it's OK, it's a Friday.
